Ok, this person is a bit contrary. Which is to say, that if you tell them what to do..their immediate impulse is not to do it, simply because they don’t like being told what to do. They might even “bite off their nose to spite their face” as the saying goes.
As a kid this was seen as extremely annoying and rebellious behavior by those in charge, but really it is just this natives nature to want to do it their own unique way. This guy is eccentric. He’s passionate, easily excitable and a bit of a thorn in the side of anyone attempting to teach him something if he’s even a bit annoyed with the way the lesson is presented.
This guy is also unpredictable. Those who like patterns might throw their hands in the air when he’s involved. He might come off as unreliable and irresponsible, but actually he is reliable, if it’s something he’s invested himself in. If it’s being forced upon him, you will not enjoy the experience of trying to corral this particular monkey.
I actually wrote a poem to go with this aspect of TMW5T. It’s called :”Intimate Intricacy”
Despite this rebelliousness this guy is actually quite interesting as an adult. He likes action and he will endlessly startle and surprise you. You never know what he’s up to next, and in this way he’s never ever dull. He keeps people on their toes.
If he manages to tone down his aversion to others having authority over him (and we all know TMW5T’s has) he’ll keep the best parts of interesting and complex that can be found in a human puzzle and none of the irritating bits that make people want to tear out their hair in frustration.
