I got my shopping done. I’m feeling a bit like Mexican food this week. As in:
I bought a plethora of tortilla chips and flour tortillas. I also plan to cook red and green chili sauce with black beans and rice. There was an online recipe that suggested chicken bouillon for the red sauce and I am intrigued by the idea of chicken flavored rice and black beans. We shall see how that comes out.
